She has a healthy look to her and her skin has a sort of glow to it. She has a face people can't forget and a smile that can make a guy's heart melt when she is trying. She has blue eyes and a pale complexion, and with her dark hair, it makes her look a bit exotic. She is darker in her look, though her skin is very pale.
Anne walks around with confidence. Even if she is about to cry, Anne hides it for when she is alone. She has a sort of gracefulness that shows in her walk and her dance, a sort of light-of-foot. Anne loves to run as well, and she is very good at it, which adds to her look of youth and friendliness.

It is as if she looks confused, but at the same time she is understanding something.
Native Duchy: Duchy of Ashton
History (8 sentence minimum): Anne grew up in the Duchy of Ashton. She was a happy girl, blissful and slightly unaware of of the world around her. Her parents seemed to be in love and the servants were kind to her, almost like a second family. She started a flirtatious relationship with one of the sons of her father's friends when she was 14. This determination can be good, but it can also be bad to the point that she could be driven insane.

Roleplay Sample (Two paragraph minimum - Ten sentences): (from another site)
Anne sat under an old oak tree, her chestnut horse grazing nearby. She was a few miles away from the main chateau where she had left her friends and the other people far behind. It wasn't that she had a lot to think about, but she did want to be alone for the moment. France wasn't much different from England, but it was more wild and a little more grand.
Anne let out a sigh as she looked up at the blue sky. She was wearing a dove gray riding habit and a matching hat with white feathers adorning it. Her dark brown hair was done up, with a few curls flowing down her back. She had taken off her hat while she sat under the tree, but now put it back on and remounted her horse. It was time to get back to the real world and real life.
Riding back to the stables was easy. Anne was already considered a great horsewoman and she loved riding. While on the back of her horse, she felt one with the creature and she felt free. Sure her horse wasn't free. It had a stall to live in and people were the ones to decided when he could gallop or eat, much like her life in a sense. But Anne was content at the moment. This summer was almost like a break from her life in England.
Anne arrived back at the stables and handed her horse off to a stable lad. She removed her hat again as she waited to visit her horse after he was taken care of. She always had little treats for him before and after rides, as if to thank him for the peaceful hours he had given her. Anne leaned against the wall, day dreaming almost as she watched her horse being unsaddled and groomed.

Okay, it looks pretty good for the most part, just a few things that I'll have to ask you to change:
~You mention French and English in her description, neither of which exist in this world.
~The Sapphire Court isn't that kind of court that a girl would be sent to; it's a neutral zone where the leaders of the 5 duchies meet to keep the peace and such things. She could, however, have been sent to another duchy for a time, if you like.
~She is not the heir to the dukedom.
~First you say she knows how to fight with a sword, then you say that her other skill is riding. She cannot have both abilities. And I really don't think a girl would be allowed to learn swordfighting in this world.
~You need to have a little bit more to her history; it's not quite in depth enough.
I think that's everything! :)
Monica (Lucy) pretty much covered everything. I would just like to make some notes:
Instead of England, you can say Adesia. Instead of English you can say Adesian. As for France... there really is no equivalent to that here... except for maybe the duchy of Pemberton. Just remember that this is alternate history, not real history so place names/events are not going to be the same.
As for the Sapphire Court, yes, right now it is a neutral council consisting of the five duchy leaders, however, come tomorrow (when we implement a new plot twist) that might not be the case sooooo I just wanted to make that note.
