Directly south of Pemberton’s capital city is found this small town nestled amongst the high shores where the governor resides. It is full or merriment and high spirits, a place where the light-hearted feel at home and the duke’s introduction to more serious matters is yet to be discovered. Fireworks shoot from the high ridge where onlookers watch dazzled from below. Several taverns line the main street, dotted throughout with vendors gaily selling their wares.
