So I received the following PM just a little while ago:

It has come to our attention that this forum is using a skin from the IF Skin Zone. The skin is titled Dieppe, was created by Bibbity, and can be found here. Unfortunately, it appears that the skin has been modified without the creator's permission.
This is a direct violation against our Terms of Service and must be rectified within 24 hours or your forum will be reported to and punished by InvisionFree.
To rectify the problem, you must gain the permission of the creator and provide proof that you have been given this permission, or you must remove all edits from the skin. This can be done by copying all of the forms and parts of the skin into the correct part of your ACP. You can find the proper CSS here.
Again, you have 24 hours to fix this problem.

After becoming thoroughly P.O.ed I went to IFSZ and PMed one of the admins a message to the effect of that I think there's been a misunderstanding, linked them to where our skin actually came from, pointed out that our skin looks NOTHING like Dieppe, and then said I don't like being threatened on my board *growls*
So, just thought you guys should know about this little piece of drama. If we get reported... I will throw a hissy fit.

don't worry anna! we're all behind you. they can't report you for using a layout that even looks moderately like another. all layouts have the same basic coding, and then it's up to the skin creator to change it. also, this skin was part of a resource site, and we didn't directly modify it, and if they had bothered to scroll down the page to check, it clearly states where the skin can be found, and who made it.

Okay, so, it turns out the person who made this skin DID in fact modify an IFSZ skin. Not our fault, but we need to get a new one asap. SO if you guys would like to help me search I would love you guys forever. If you find a cool skin you like, just post the link to it here or you can PM it to me.

Oooooh... I actually made some sidebar graphics for that skin that never got used!
here!If you do use it, you could also use those if you want.

Okay so, new skin up as you can see... I'm trying to see if there's a way to make everything not so narrow (if you know what I mean... likeeeee how it's kinda squished on the main page with the sidebar... I tried making the sidebar smaller but I don't think it worked <_>). I'm also trying to get all the graphics and stuff made for it sooooo just bear with me for right now <222

Although the skin is fab, I wish we could make it a bit wider or have a smaller sidebar.

xD Anna. I could make everything biggah. I 1/2 <3 HTML. It only gets one half because it annoys meh. Though, what kind of makes me mad is this: The skin is freeware. Freeware is allowed BY LAW [I think...Not TOO SURE but I think. xD] to be modified by the consumer.

I'm working on trying to shrink the sidebar. And we are allowed to modify the skin because the creator of the skin specified that modifications are allowed so BLAM <33. I'm going to try to fix it myself but if I still fail I might take you up on that Collin.

I have now fixed the sidebar! It was mere stupidity on my part... I finally realized that it couldn't shrink below 200 pixels because Sam's MOTM pic was 200 pixels xD easy fix once I realized the problem haha
